Jeff has worked locally as a building design engineer for more than 20 years. After graduating from University of California (UC), Davis, he worked in high-tech manufacturing operations such as Hewlett Packard and Flex Products, Inc. (JDSU/OCLI) that provided him unique opportunities in developing problem-solving methodologies that he applies to his current practice. Construction engineering engagements with design-build HVAC contractors have tempered his practice resulting in a practical approach effectively bridging the gap between design and construction.

Jordan Daniels, LEED® AP
Director of Sustainability
Building performance and sustainability has been a primary focus of Jordan’s career. In over 20 years, he has completed over 150 LEED certifications developing expertise in indoor air quality (IAQ), energy efficiency, commissioning, green cleaning, building materials, waste management, and water efficiency. Jordan’s project portfolio includes school campus improvements and new builds at UCSF Mission Bay Medical Center, UC Davis, CSU Monterey Bay, and Alisal Unified School District; retrofits of office buildings at the Transamerica Pyramid and Chevron Park; and renewable energy installations at Moscone Center and Santa Rita Jail. Jordan has also been an educator teaching introductory courses in building design and construction at Hartnell College for five years and serves on the board of a non-profit, The Sustainability Academy, since 2008.

José Garcia, P.E.
Project Manager, Engineer
Jose started his career as a Research and Development engineer at UC Davis, developing and testing energy efficient building technologies. He earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering while also managing large research projects, and obtaining his professional engineering license. As a practicing mechanical engineer and project manager he has developed a strong ability to apply fundamental mechanical engineering concepts to successfully achieve practical applications.

Troy Tayler
Engineer
Troy is a senior mechanical/thermal design engineer with 20 years of experience developing projects from concept to construction. His extensive skill set consists of but not limited to, fluency in 2D and 3D CAD tools, flow and heat transfer computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, sheet metal fabrication processes, statistical analysis, and empirical validation testing. Troy’s hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication and plastic injection molding gives WME the advantage in innovative and problem-solving mechanical design engineering.

Dawn Chandler
Business Manager
Dawn has over 20 years’ experience in business and financial management of public, private, and non-profit agencies, private sector financial analysis and financial, and forensic auditing and compliance. She is Green Belt certified and has taken part in multiple software conversions, focusing on process of business systems. She is a licensed CPA with extensive experience evaluating business systems and streamlining processes to support exceptional project outcomes resulting in client/customer satisfaction. Dawn also gives time to our community and currently serves on the board of directors as Treasurer with Face 2 Face – Sonoma County AIDS Network, ending HIV in Sonoma County while supporting the health and well-being of people living with HIV/AIDS.

Deb Meiswinkel
Executive Administrator, Project Coordinator
Deb’s career in engineering consulting began in 2016, primarily supporting senior engineers in geotechnical and testing/Special Inspection services, and grew rapidly to become a Project Accountant and Project Manager Assistant specializing in project coordination, Client services, technical writing, and general support services. Her early admin career was spent in San Francisco’s Financial District supporting a high-profile bank executive for almost a decade before migrating into the food and beverage/hospitality industry overseeing a family’s small business growing enterprise and corporate entities for over 13 years. In her free time, Deb is an active certified Sonoma County Master Gardener volunteer and Project Leader as their monthly newsletter editor.
